Refunds

If you are not happy with a guide, email us within 30 days of buying it and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify it, and we will not put you through a process designed to make you give up.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Your download access is revoked when the refund is issued — that happens automatically.

If you are in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, which you may be asked to waive in order to get an immediate download. Our 30-day policy is deliberately more generous than that minimum, and it does not replace any right you have by law.

There is nothing to refund, but if a free download fails, email us and we will get it to you.
