The rules for using the site and buying digital guides. Everything sold here is a download — nothing is shipped, and nothing is a subscription unless it says so.

What Dietspora sells
Digital guides: PDFs and downloadable resources. There are no physical products, no shipping, and no recurring charges. What you buy, you keep — download it and it is yours.
Using the free content
Recipes and stories on this site are free to read, cook from, and share a link to. Please don't republish them wholesale on another site — link instead.
Contributed recipes belong to the families who shared them. Treat them accordingly.
Buying a guide
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable tax where we are required to charge it. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Your download link is delivered on the confirmation page and by email. Links expire and have a download limit — this protects the work, not to inconvenience you. If yours stops working, email us and we will reissue it.
Recipes are not guarantees
We publish food, not instructions for a machine. Cooking times vary by equipment, and ingredients vary by region.
Please check anything relevant to your own safety: allergens, meat temperatures, and the safe handling of ingredients that require it, such as taro leaves, cassava, and kidney beans, which must be cooked properly.
Our content
Dietspora's own writing, design, and guides remain ours. Buying a guide gives you a personal licence to read it, print it, and use it with your family — not to resell or redistribute it.
If something goes wrong
Email us. We would rather fix a problem than argue about a clause. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
